Atkins Homes LLC is currently in the process of building 5 new town homes. This is Phase 1 of our Townhome Project. We have two additional phases soon following. Typically, we build single family homes without adjacent walls, so we are extremely excited about this phase of our development! To see the progress of these gorgeous townhomes, scroll through the pictures and let us know what you think! They are too nice to slip away… and let me tell ya… they are selling and renting quicker than we can build!
Its a little more difficult to get all these homes in one picture! Who knew trying to capture five townhomes in one shot would be such a challenge!
The sod is down, the sprinklers are on hold during the last few touch ups from the contractors, and the final finishes are being wrapped up.
The adjacent porches would be so gorgeous with some stunning potted plants and flowers! I can’t wait to see what these homeowners decide to put in this space!
Welcome Home! Walk right in to the staircase and open dining and living space. These homes are so cozy and inviting and perfect for any family looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home.
All of the living spaces and kitchens are designed differently. Who wants to go to their neighbors for dinner and see they have the exact same granite and light combo!?
Gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the home with tile in the bath and kitchen for easy cleanup. Although, we’ve recently tried out the new Quick Step Laminate flooring and been extremely pleased with its hardwood look and durability!
Double sinks in the master baths always make for a quicker morning! And who wouldn’t want to enjoy their own sink when ya have this sleek combo of a black countertop, white cabinet and modern faucets!
After touching up the paint this home will be absolutely perfect! Loving this color and wood floor combination. Nothing says welcome home when you first walk in like this cozy look with a comfy couch in the distance!
The kitchen in this home is a black granite and white cabinet combo, again to set each townhome apart with a different look for each.
The spacious living space is right off the kitchen and dining area with doors taking you just out back for more relaxation if you’d like. Wood floors again carrying throughout keep these townhomes super cozy and inviting!
OK, so maybe we still need to clean up a bit more in this home, but you can see the different combo of cabinets, granite, wall color and flooring just to get an idea once they’re all finished!
Phase 2 is nearing the end of completion soon as well! Stay tuned to see its final development and Phase 3 of the Town Home project almost breaking ground.
